In my fitness camp orientation meetings, I review few exercises forms with new clients. One of these exercise to build muscle and burn fat is squats. This is especially important for women since they are quadriceps dominant with tighter hip-flexors. More on this later.

When you want to build muscle tissue, you need to control the speed. Most of the time, you need to slow down. Reduced rep speed reduces elastic tension. That means shorter workouts, improved safety and less time at the gym.
